All BellSouth Paging Service plans require the use of a BellSouth pager.

BellSouth will reward customers purchasing multiple pagers with a credit on paging service. Review the chart below for credit amounts.

	Definitions:

Local Coverage - Subscriber will only receive pages when in their local geographical coverage area. Coverage maps on this Web site show approximate location of coverage areas.

Statewide Coverage - Subscriber will receive pages when in covered areas within their state.

Nationwide Coverage - Subscriber will receive pages when in a covered area within the continental U.S. In general these are major US cities. Call for a complete list of current cities.

Numeric Message Subscriber will only receive numeric messages. Numeric messages must be entered from a touch tone phone.

Alpha-Numeric Message - Subscriber can receive numeric or word messages. These messages are sent via e-mail.

One-Way Message Delivery - Subscriber will receive messages when pager is on and customer is within coverage area.

Assured Message Delivery Service available only with the T900 and the PF1500 in which the pager acknowledges receipt of each page. The system stores pages if the user is out of range or if the pager is off up to 96 hours. Stored messages are automatically delivered when pager is turned back on and/or customer returns to paging service areas.

2-Way Message Delivery Service available only with the T900. Subscriber can send and receive short email messages. And this feature complements the use of cell phone in many circumstances.

Word - Pager receives numeric and word messages. Text messages sent from www.bellsouth.com/paging.
